folks-common software package provides library to aggregates people into metacontacts (common files), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install folks-common
folks-common is installed in your system.
Make ensure the folks-common package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep folks-common *
You will get with folks-common package name, version, architecture and description in a table
